Legal Business Coach believe in being open and honest about the fees that they charge. If there is to be any variations to the rates, the law firm will be advised in writing before the work is commenced.
Step 1 and 2 – Initial analysis, Health report including recommendations
These steps will involve at least one day at the law firm and countless hours analysing work practices and the financial records of the firm and speaking with the business owners, staff, and clients. It will also involve the preparation of a detailed health report including recommendations.
The cost will be for a fixed agreed fee from $2,500.00. Price depends upon the size and the complexity of your business.
Step 3 – Strategic planning sessions
The business owners will meet on two occasions with Lionel and a member of his team to develop a strategic plan. This plan will address improvements to each area of their business and provide a realistic time for the implementation of the plan.
The cost will be $5,000.00
Step 4 – Weekly coaching and assistance
To ensure the strategic plan is carried out the business owners or staff responsible for implementing the plan will have a telephone conference with one of our analysts for one hour.
The cost will be $400.00
